Multiple-choice voting w/backup

Having "good" and "fair" options

Like approval voting but the option to put candidates in two separate categories.

Voters could (separately) rate each candidate "good" or "fair" (or leave blank for no support)

"Good" votes would be tallied for each candidate; if the leading one has "good" votes from at least 50% of the voters they would win

If no candidate has "good" votes from 50% of the voters, each candidate would have their "fair" votes added in and the one with the most "good"+"fair" votes would win
