A combined, professional state legislature
Every senate district has the same boundaries as a pair of house districts; why do we need both a house member and a senator?
Pay is low, but work can be full-time, especially during sessions; limits candidate pool
Travel time from districts far away
Also lot of in-district work (meetings, events, etc)
Elimiate redundant representation and use savings to bring pay up to state median while making the job more full-time
